Es Trenc Beach, Mallorca
This beach is 3km of unspoilt white sand. The water is crystal clear and is great for snorkelling. You can see right to the bottom of the sea.
This beach is really lovely and like something from the Caribbean.
I have been here about three times and it has never been over crowded although I have read some reviews on other sites saying it is always busy but I did not find this.
It is a very relaxing place and there is a great beach bar that serves all the usual snacks and drinks.
Well worth a visit.

Can Pedro, Genova, Mallorca
This is a typically Mallorquian restaurant which attracts all of the locals from surrounding towns. It is quite large inside and is always very busy although the longest wait we ever had was ten minutes. Its not somewhere you would go for a romantic dinner but to sample real Mallorquian cuisine with real Mallorquians.
Cured meats hang from one of the walls, so you could be sitting next to a cured cows leg!
The lights are quite bright so there isnt a cosy atmosphere but a hustle bustle and lots of Spanish families.
I love it here and I can recommend the Mallorquian dish Lomo Con Col which is pork loin wrapped in cabbage which takes three days to prepare.
Prices are very reasonable and the whole place is immaculate!
