The Carnival at Castrovillari
It was my first chance to witness a carnival in my whole life and first chance to see how really it is done and how it is showcased. So I went to witness this carnival in the old city of Castrovillari. There were more than twenty groups participating and we were included in a very thick crowd along via II Settembre (September 20 street) who triy our luck to have a good view of the events and the performance of the participants Naturally, it was weird for me to see oxen, tractors and other farm materials in the street that time.
