Bumpy road to Siem Reap
After passing cambodian immigration we met 3 germans, who were on their way to Siem Reap as well. We joined them and started to look for a car to take us to Siem Reap. Thai "helpers" on the border told us, it is impossible to find a car under 40 dollars. It is not true actually. The only thing you need is to bargain hard. 40 minutes laters all 5 of us were packed inside Toyota Camry on the way to Siem Reap for just 30 dollars. The road was pretty bumpy but not as bed as I expected. Our ride took about 3 hours. On arrival to Siem Reap we got free tuk tuk ride to our guesthouse. [more] |
