Breathtaking Franschhoek Valley and Huguenot Monument
For those lovers of outdoor activities, mountain views and green valleys, Franschhoek Valley and it´s sorrounding mountains is a must see! I was there in mid April so the temperature was ideal for walks. The views are a mix of flower gardens, green valleys and high mountain ranges. Absolutely spectacular and breathtaking! There are some public gardens and areas , such as outside the Huguenot Museum, where you can seat for a picnic with views to the Mountains. If you are in the Western Cape I really recommend you to visit Franschhoek! You will not regret it! The Huguenot Monument in Franschhoek, with it´s gorgeous mountain views and gardens, is a must see in this area of the Western Cape!... [more] |
