Thermal Baths at Banos de Inca
Banos de Inca is a town less than 20 minutes from Cajamarca. It cost .50 soles to take a minivan there. Banos is famous for it's thermal baths. For a personal bath you pay $1-2 and get your own room to bathe in. The water is hot, but can be adjusted. Everyone raves about Banos, and it is a nice place to relax - especially in the gardens surrounding the pools, but it is not the best thermal baths I have visited. But, if you are in Cajamarca, you should stop there to bath and enjoy the peace. [more] |
