Jaipur - Post Office
It might seem strange to recommend a post office as a tourist attraction but I just had the most surreal time here. Even if you don't have anything to send it's worth visiting the post office on MI Road. They advertise a parcel packing service which basically involves making envelopes out of pillow cases. It's fascinating to watch them work and apparently this isn't anything out of the ordinary. I've never sent home Christmas presents in pillow cases before !!!! [more] |
