Jönköping
Jönköping is a city in Småland in southern Sweden with 84,423 inhabitants. Again I must add that never in my life have I seen a city with so few inhabitants, but very friendly. This is the native city of the blond girl from ABBA. Nevertheless I choose to go to church, to the Sofia church in Jönköping, Neo-Gothic in style, built in 1888. A major fair and exhibition center, Elmia is also located in Jönköping, with fairs including Elmia Wood, the world’s largest forestry fair. The best feeling though is that you could be in the same town with Nina Persoon from the Cardigans. [more] |
