El Jimador (of Ft. Leonard Wood)
El Jimador is actually the only authentic Mexican restaurant in this town, making it incredibly popular, if not TOO popular, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. This is no Taco Bell, folks. It's REAL Mexican. Their salsa here is great, I think, and that's coming from someone who is extremely picky about that sort of thing. One thing that they have here that you can't find at a lot of other restaurants is their white cheese dip, which is just right and made with goat's milk (for those of you who didn't know that). Overall, you can eat here for just around ten dollars per person, which I don't think is bad at all, considering the portions and quality. [more] |
